The world's most serious women's rights crisis is currently taking place in Afghanistan: The terror organisation 'Taliban' violently overthrew the government and took control in Afghanistan in 2021 and passed numerous laws that severely restrict the fundamental human rights of women and girls. Many instances speak of gender apartheid. Now the Taliban are trying to portray themselves as a legitimate government in Afghanistan.
